These terms govern your use of the SAM Health Polyclinic website and the booking services offered through it. By using this website or requesting an appointment, you agree to them. SAM Health Polyclinic is an outpatient facility licensed by the Dubai Health Authority, located at Al Bada Oasis 5, Street 333, Al Bada', Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Not for emergencies
This website and its booking tools are not a route to urgent or emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 immediately or go to the nearest emergency department. The clinic does not operate an emergency department and does not monitor website messages around the clock.
No medical advice online
Information published on this website, including service descriptions, articles, and answers from our assistant, is general health information. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for a consultation with a licensed clinician. Never delay seeking professional advice because of something you read here.
Appointments
- A booking request submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed once the clinic acknowledges it by phone, WhatsApp, email, or in the patient portal.
- Please arrive at least ten minutes before your appointment time and bring valid Emirates ID and your insurance card if you intend to use insurance.
- Appointment times are shown in Gulf Standard Time (Asia/Dubai) and clinic opening hours are daily 08:00 to 02:00.
- We may need to reschedule an appointment because of clinician availability or clinical priority. If that happens, we will contact you and offer the earliest suitable alternative.
Cancellation and missed appointments
Please cancel or reschedule at least four hours before your appointment so the slot can be offered to another patient. You can do this from the patient portal or by contacting the clinic. Repeated missed appointments without notice may affect our ability to hold advance slots for you.
Fees, insurance, and payment
Prices shown for services are indicative and exclude any laboratory, imaging, pharmacy, or consumable charges that your care may require. Final fees depend on the clinical assessment on the day. Where you use insurance, cover is determined by your policy and your insurer's approval, and you remain responsible for co-payments, deductibles, and any amount your insurer declines.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current identity, contact, and health information.
- Tell us about allergies, current medication, and relevant medical history before treatment.
- Use the website and portal only for your own care, or for someone you are legally entitled to act for.
- Treat our staff and other patients with respect. We may refuse or discontinue non-urgent service in cases of abusive behaviour.
Accounts and portal access
If you create a patient account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your login. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend an account where we suspect misuse or a security risk.
Consent to treatment
Any examination, investigation, or procedure is carried out only with your informed consent, or that of your parent or legal guardian where you are under 18 or otherwise unable to consent. Your treating clinician will explain the purpose, expected benefit, and material risks before you decide.
Intellectual property
The content, design, photography, and trademarks on this website belong to SAM Health Polyclinic or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal or clinical use. Any other reproduction, republication, or commercial use requires our written permission.
Third-party links
Where we link to external websites, such as maps, insurers, or health authorities, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail, such as a clinician's schedule, is current at all times. We may change services, prices, and content, and we may suspend access for maintenance.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, including liability for the clinical care we provide. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on general information published on it.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care or of this website, contact us at info@sampolyclinic.com or call [+971 4 570 3708](+971 4 570 3708) so we can resolve it. You also have the right to raise a concern with the Dubai Health Authority.
Privacy
Our handling of personal and health data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
